Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MAS Hub LLC, a Rockford, Illinois business operating MAS Hub, MAS Mail & Print Center, and MAS Creative Studio. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless the quote states otherwise.
• A quote covers the specifications discussed. Changes to quantity, materials, size, or artwork may change the price.
• Prices shown on the site are starting points for common configurations; your final price is confirmed before work begins.

• Production does not begin until you approve a proof (or expressly waive one in writing).
• Please check proofs carefully — spelling, contact details, layout, and dimensions. Once you approve a proof, the approved file is what we produce, and errors present in the approved proof are your responsibility.
• On-screen colors are a guide. Reasonable variation between screen proofs and finished output is normal in print production.

• Online shop orders are paid at checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by MAS Hub.
• Custom work may require payment, or a deposit, before production begins. Payment terms for invoiced work are stated on the invoice.
• Applicable sales tax is added where required by law.

• You keep ownership of artwork and content you supply. By submitting it, you grant MAS Hub a limited license to use it solely to produce your order.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to reproduce, any artwork, logos, images, or text you provide, and you are responsible for claims arising from material you supply.
• For design work created by MAS Creative Studio, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you on full payment, unless your project agreement says otherwise.
• We may decline jobs containing content we cannot lawfully or reasonably reproduce.

Turnaround estimates are given in good faith and start when we have approved artwork and payment (where required). Shipping and pickup details, including carrier limitations, are described in our Shipping & Pickup policy. Refunds and reprints are covered by our Refunds & Reprints policy.

• Don't misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape accounts, or submit unlawful content.
• Site content (text, graphics, branding) belongs to MAS Hub LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
• The site is provided "as is"; we work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to remaking the affected items or refunding what you paid for them. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, missed events, or consequential damages.
