Privacy Policy

We only collect information you give us directly:

• Contact, quote, and booking forms — your name, email, phone number, company (optional), your message, and any files you upload (such as artwork).
• Orders and quotes — the items you order, your selected options, fulfillment choice, and a shipping address when you choose shipping.
• Accounts — your email address and a password if you create an account to view your orders, quotes, and invoices.
• Mailbox rental applications — the information USPS Form 1583 requires, including identification documents. This is a federal requirement for any private mailbox provider.
• Email signup — your email address if you opt in to occasional updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not buy data about you, and we do not collect information from data brokers or social networks.

Payments are processed by Stripeon Stripe's own secure checkout pages. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on MAS Hub systems— we receive only a confirmation of payment and the order details. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

• Form submissions, orders, quotes, and account data are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase.
• Transactional email (order confirmations, quote replies) is sent through our email provider. If SMS notifications are enabled, they are transactional only (for example, "your order is ready") and every message includes opt-out instructions.
• Your shopping cart and device order history are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place an order.
• If you use the site's chat assistant, your messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate a response. Don't share sensitive personal information in chat.

This site does not run third-party advertising trackers, ad pixels, or cross-site analytics cookies. Cookies are limited to what the site needs to function (such as keeping you signed in to your account). If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.

We use your information to respond to you, produce and deliver your order, manage your mailbox service, and send messages you asked for. We share it only with the service providers needed to do that — payment processing (Stripe), data hosting (Supabase), email/SMS delivery, and shipping carriers when your order ships. We never sell your personal information.

• We keep order and quote records for as long as needed for bookkeeping, tax, and warranty purposes.
• Mailbox records (including USPS Form 1583) are kept as required by USPS regulations.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
• To ask what we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion, contact us— we'll respond as quickly as we can.

Our site and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
