- Getting started
- You prepay 3, 6, 9, or 12 months at the same monthly rate — 3 months is the shortest term. With the one-time $20 setup fee, the least it costs to start is $65, $80, or $95 by plan, before tax. Prepay 12 months and the 13th month of service is free. After your term you keep the box month to month at the same monthly rate.
- Package allowance
- 15 / 30 / 60 packages per month by plan. Allowances don't roll over, oversized packages count toward your allowance, and each additional package is $1.
- Package storage
- Standard packages are held free for 7 full calendar days, then $1 per package per day. Oversized packages (over 30 lb, longer than 36 inches on any side, or requiring dedicated floor space) get 3 free days, then $3 per package per day. Charges stop as soon as a package is picked up or forwarded.
- Everyday details
- Replacement key $15. Lobby access during posted store hours. Domestic and international forwarding available for an additional charge.
Cancellation & refunds: Mailbox rental fees are due in advance. Fees are not prorated and are not refunded if the service is cancelled, whether by the customer or by MAS Hub. The $20 setup fee is nonrefundable. A customer may stop renting at any time: service stays active through the end of the term already paid for and does not renew after that. All issued keys must be returned when service ends.
