Mailbox Agreement

• Prepay 12 months at the standard monthly rate and the 13th month of service is free.
• One-time setup fee: $20.
• To start: Three months is the shortest term online — three months' rent plus the one-time $20 setup fee, before applicable tax — Small $65, Medium $80, Large $95.

• Each plan includes the monthly package allowance shown above. Packages beyond the allowance are $1 each.
• Unused allowances don't roll over to the next month.
• Receives deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and other carriers.

• Standard packages: held free for 7 days, then $1 per package per day.
• Oversized packages (over 30 lb, longer than 36 inches on any side, or requiring dedicated floor space): held free for 3 days, then $3 per package per day.

Mailbox and package access is available during business hours: Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Sunday: Closed. There is no after-hours access.

• Every private mailbox holder must complete USPS Form 1583 — this is a USPS requirement for all commercial mail receiving agencies, not a MAS rule.
• You'll need a photo ID and a proof of address. You can upload them with the online application or bring them to the store.
• Mailbox service can't begin until the Form 1583 paperwork is complete.

Keys are issued at enrollment. A replacement or lost key is $15. All issued keys must be returned when service ends.

Mailbox rental fees are due in advance. Fees are not prorated and are not refunded if the service is cancelled, whether by the customer or by MAS Hub. The $20 setup fee is nonrefundable. A customer may stop renting at any time: service stays active through the end of the term already paid for and does not renew after that. All issued keys must be returned when service ends.
